POSITION: Area Assistant Manager – Solar Pumps (Retail)

JOB LOCATION : : State-level field role – extensive travel across the assigned state

About the Role

C.R.I. Solar is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Area Assistant Managers to strengthen our Solar Pumps – Retail business. The role involves driving dealer and retail sales, managing channel partners, developing the solar pump market, and expanding the dealer/distributor network across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive retail sales of solar pumps across the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer and distribution network.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
Support dealers and channel partners with product information, sales support, and business development initiatives.
Coordinate with dealers and distributors to improve market coverage and product availability.
Generate leads and convert potential opportunities into sales.
Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders in the solar industry.
Travel extensively across the assigned state/territory for dealer visits, market development, and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales and market activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry.
Experience in dealer sales, retail sales, or channel sales.
Prior experience in dealer and distributor management.
Good understanding of the solar products/solar pumping industry will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and business-development skills.
Target-oriented and capable of working independently in a field-sales environment.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned state.
Preference will be given to male candidates, as indicated in the recruitment communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive solar pump retail sales and market growth.

About the Role

C.R.I. Pumps is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, experience in creating content for multiple brands, and a good understanding of digital and social media creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging social media posts, digital ads, marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, and other brand creatives.
Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand guidelines.
Work on both static and video content for digital and marketing campaigns
Adapt creative designs across different platforms and formats.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual assets as required.
Explore and effectively use AI tools to improve creative development and editing workflows.
Manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Key Requirements

3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Agency experience handling multiple brands will be preferred.
Strong proficiency in:

Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Knowledge of AI tools for creative design and editing.
